This research was carried out in Danang for the main purpose of studying the impact of land use change on temperature change by remote sensing. The research result showed that emission values of the time were not much different but the emission values among the land use types were significantly different. The buffering surface of resident urban land had lower emission values than land types of vegetation cover with a large area including production forest land, natural forest land,...The close relation was founded between land use change and temperature change from the map of temperature variations over Da Nang city. The temperature of agricultural land transferred to non-agricultural land increased considerably and was higher than the temperature of non-used land transferred to agricultural land. The research result is helpful for urban planning adapting to rising temperature in the future.
